I agree with what's been said. Most of that stuff already exists or would be easy enough to script. Here's a very basic texel-density script I've written that someone might want to improve upon. yeah i would assume the same. these artifacts here look like your lowpoly has too much shading and there isnt enough texture resolution for the normalmap to compensate -
First Post here AND my first kinda realistic character!
Finally got back to finishing up this character! Started this guy when I was taking Ackeem Durrant's course at Vertex School. I learned so much throughout the process and had a blast creating the demented look and the snake assets. Each stage taught me something new, and it was great fun! I did make other characters but… -

lumen and nanite resource cost are both resolution dependent so (barring any driver/configuration issues) this is indeed most likely due to resolution. You might get a load of frames back if you switch to immersive mode cos the editor UI eats up a shitload of resources. that said though, lumen does not run very well in… -

If you're using Reality Capture for photogrammetry, avoid using the DNG Picture format phones typically default to for RAW. It'll only use an internal lower resolution jpeg embedded in the DNG file, and not an actual high resolution RAW photo. -
