the orientation is just a modified cube in 0,0,0... isn't isometric a 30º for each side? why should I put the -35 and 45 in those axis? just trying to understand the formula so I can do the same for the other perspectives
It's yours for $300. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1944625487/omni-move-naturally-in-your-favorite-game I don't like the idea of attempting to walk up the wall of a small sink for hours hours, with a ring wrapped around my waist.
If we end up doing a size limit, 400-500kb per image is definitely all that's needed (maybe 300-350kb). I don't think a single image on my folio is above 500kb and I've never heard a complaint.
Thx for the advice smirnoffka, eliminated all the N-gons i could see. Also I beefed up the width a bit and added an indentation where the sight sits. Shaved off about 300 polys in the process, booya! :D
Thanks Eraserhead! All the textures are hand-painted. I never thought about adding the textures and UVmaps to my website. What is a proper range for videogame poly meshes? Closer to 10K, or more than 30K? What's an appropriate range?
i already tried the new Nvidia drivers that were just released, and they seemed to help me out... i've got a 6800 and a 3.2 ghz machine, and Bioshock runs with everything turned out at like... 1280x768? a resolution close to that, anyway.
edit: the max polys was 400 i beleive i was under 300. For the outline we were given three shapes and told to pick one of the shapes and then make a crate heres the wire aaaand texture maps (normal) (diffuse) (spec)
i recently bought a 200 inch 1280x1024 max, 3 panel lcd projector for $305... all it needed was a new lamp... which set me bakc $250... but then again all together thats still very cheap for the system.
With this much advance, Roundtrip, I'm seeing around $300-$350 I'm waiting to hear back from some people on what their schedules and locations will be so I can finalize the flight times and can get the actual numbers... hmm
