Hi! Perhaps I should have kept it more digestible, like: 'With an high to lowpoly approach, I would closer match the highpoly and improve the highpolys edges/shading'. Pretty cool stuff! Bones and skulls won't fly in China, but I really dig that Warlock chest piece. I also really like the skull bag, despite that whole "no bones in china" thing.

Stop, collaborate and listen or hammertime, whichever you prefer #1 to making WAR art; learn to paint a skull. Everything ever in Warhammer has skulls on it. This will always be your foe until you conquer it.
Very nice work! The hair on the head though looks like it is floating ontop of the skull to me though. Maybe darken the area under the hair on the skull to give a bit of shadow?
before attempt the fleshed face, i advise you to become familiar with the Skull. some good efforts but you need to know Why things look off, and the skull will help alot.
Skull is too small the face and depth of the skull should be equal in length ideally. Not sure if this belongs in technical talk either might want to try pimping and previews in the future or general discussion.
