Ok I did by using snap to faces when using the spline tool , but I am not finding a way to work well with the clone array , the item I did gets not bended on the spline and doesn't follows the orientation wished, how can I do to actually replicate this tutorial on max? When I was first learning 3d and starting freelance everyone that contacted me already had a number in mind. Wouldn't even bother trying to do it hourly because things you much longer than a senior artist. My first jobs were for 70-100 for a character. dont let the math bog you down. If you want, I can send some books that have helped me currently. Also khan academy. that thing is a treasure mine by itself :) Also all programming is IMO 70% logic 30% implementation/syntax. I think I spend more time thinking/researching what I need than sitting and coding. -

MIcrosoft also helped set up the "Domain Awareness" system in lower manhattan, thousands of cameras and software watching autonomously for things like backpacks being left unattended, running everyones license plates, makes and models of cars, facial recognition and tracking and so on. @SZS Ignore the 8700K and 8086K, the new 9900K is what you would want if you went with Intel. That said The Threadripper 2950X should still be at least 70% faster then the 9900K in heavily multithreaded tasks, and upgrading in the future will be much easier then with an Intel CPU. Also, in case you don't know, you can select an edge with a sharp angle in Blender, hit CTRL+G for Select Similar, choose face angles and select most if not all of the edges you'd want hard via the slider in the toolbar. I usually just set Autosmooth to 60 or 70 and mark the rest of the edges manually, never really been… -

Yummy. I just had a look at that Kotaku link. Despite looking slick and modern the trailer really has that 70's vibe. Also, shots like this one, look exactly like H.R. Giger's art. I really hope that Ridley Scott can pull this off. I can't say I was very impressed by his post Blade Runner films. -

Saw it last night, and other than the somewhat funky 70's cop show closing credits I really enjoyed it. The PTSD issues definitely made his whole snarky exterior throughout Avengers show itself as more of a front for who he is, and that he's definitely the most 'human' of the Avengers. Definitely would watch it again if… -

I know it matches the reference pretty closely, but the bars that connect the pedals to the frame look very much like primitives right now - maybe add some slight curvature to them to make them look a little more streamlined? Other than that, really nice so far. Can't wait to see it textured - maybe a really funky…
