by wheel arches i mean extend the side skirt over the rear wheel. much like the 30's coupes.

Another one would be that the color extends way too far. Looks like a disease or really badly applied makeup.

What you could do is extend the arm straight out, sculpt it, and THEN, using masking, transpose, and a Layer, bend the arm in.
