Steampunk Monsterhunter Crossbow

Hi guys,
I would need your help for my next model.
I'm working on a steampunk monster-hunter weapon at the moment (the plan is to use it to push my Zbrush and realistic texturing skills). Currently I'm in the concept/blockout phase and I'm really happy with the current design, but it feels like something is still missing. So maybe some of you have a good idea what I could change or add to push the concept to the top.

This looks really fun. The only suggestion I have is to add some kind of place to hold the front part of the crossbow. Right now it's just two air tanks which doesn't seem like it would be nice to hold.

I can't wait to see how you texture this bad boy. Great work so far!
