You wont be able to paint those 'errors' out. They're there because the normal map can't store enough information to "fix" that 160° angle that you put in 1 smoothing group. Normal maps can barely cope with a 90° angle. Split the top and bottom of the fin in different smoothing groups and rebake the normals. Or you can… -
