basemesh then zbrush then hardsurface highpoly in max then final highpoly in zbrush then on to lowpoly in 3dcoat for retopo and max for hardsurface lowpoly then bake and texture

AFAIK topogun is more for zbrush highpolys. It shouldn't be hard to make a lowpoly, imo it's the highpoly which is the hardest. But yeah there is no "do it for me" button.
