Wait theres more!!! Hes posted up even more characters and busts now. The NPCs are looking really good. still looks like its just high poly cutscene material though but it is inspiring.

Started this the other night, trying to create a fantasy worker NPC character that you could see in a town within a RPG or the likes. I was also thinking making a little creature that sits on his shoulder and helps him out with work. Any comments or crits will be appreciated :)

Thanks for an awesome shader, I managed to get it working flawlessly (metalness and alphas, yay) One thing - is that possible to get specularwarp working? AFAIK the only hero that uses this effect is Nyx, but oh boy is it just gorgeous:
I was glancing through the wiki and saw npc/characters take a .mesh format. Is this a universal format? Marmoset saves to a .mesh as well. Edit: Speaking of art style, not sure I saw anything on the wiki for design guidelines.

agreed noticed some hicups and slowdowns with when working with subdivision surfaces in VW. and i aggree with your remarks about silo and NC, i still use silo from time to time, but with how it is being handled by NC i wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone looking for a new modler, at best now i would tell someone to try…
I guess Nyx 702 you mean the hide polygon manager from Miauu package 1. My guess is that Miauu never released his script to manage selection of faces between different levels of the stack :'(
