I think the stones look really really good! The wood however, (is it wood?) looks like carved stone to me. I dont know if that is what it is, or if it is intentional or something. But I have difficulty knowing what it is, if that makes sense. But I really like the stone walls :) -

Witchcraft... Queirolo used witchcraft to turn actual humans and objects into stone? The last words poor little Alessandro ever heard: "Hey there little boy can I get you to wear these wings and hold this net... thanks!" I assume that's stone, is it something else? ... How... in the... with... stone? -

a quick update: i started on some grunge on the stone, roughed up the metal, added some color differentiation to the leaves, and made the stone under the waterfalls darker and bumped up the specularity. I'm gunna probably dial back the grunge on the stone a bit from what it is now but it's a start! -

If this sacrifice stone is used well, it should show some traces of blood and maybe you want to carve some blood channels into the stone and place some drip cups at the end of the channels to collect the blood,... Just google around for ancient sarcrifice stones and develop your own thing. -

Just a suggestion, have less empty space in your screenshots :) That stone looks nice but it's very small. Considering you have a 1920x1080 image, the stone is 1/4th of the image, if that. It would make it easier to see your work if the stones was larger. Same goes for the pillar you posted. -

For the stone i think you started worrying about the small details like cracks and stuff before you built up the actual stone underneath. the brush also seems very sketchy for the cracks. it may be the actual brush your using try a round standard brush for basing out the stone. -

Cool stuff! Is that a vertex blend shader for the stones, or decal? I feels kinda unnatural that the damage is handled like it's one piece of stone that's sculpted.
