I feel like a lot is unfinished and you could really remove or finish that scifi scene, it feels very very visually noisy. I like your organic sack sculpt thing. -

Great work and good use of uv space? I dont know to much about holograms in udk but is that just a 3d asset or is it all just the material? Also for your scifi scene why not build off of this? -

There's nothing wrong with scifi, but this particular door is very bland and uninteresting. And the model is pretty bad, too. There are a bunch of loops that can be terminated and you have far too many polygons in the tube things compared to the doorposts. -

reading William Gibsons "all tomorrows parties" third in the bridge series, great near future scifi with a real 90s taste, its all virtual reality and (i imagine) baggy trousers and hypercolour tshirts -

Start with a cylinder blocking out there the hinge will be, and build around it. I wouldn't worry too much about making it make 100% sense or avoiding internal collisions, scifi art takes a lot of liberties with design realism. -

Looks good :smile: I think you would benefit from adding a bit of "traditional" scifi elements such as a wire-trim and some grating on the floor to break up the "only white panels" look -

Concept for the crew-return-vehicle. Old-school spaceshuttle cockpit, size (maybe a bit bigger)- and shape of the X38, and some tail fins! Tried making it retro, current-day, and scifi all in one.
