Solid asset choice, I cant say for sure what your problem is but somethings going on with your normals at least of that I am sure, try flipping Y, its most often the culprit when something is inveted between apps, beyond that are you using a spec gloss workflow as is more "native" or default to marmoset? or a PBR metalness… -

You don't need to invert the Y channel for Maya, XNormal's default swizzling of +X, +Y, and +Z should work fine.
