Updates: Did some work on the floor material. still mostly substance with minor tweaks in PS. Also roughed in an idea to incorporate the Lebbeus Woods Architecture. This one is very loose and concept only.
Ps. Thanks for the shoutout :p You got my head spinning at redline rpm's with this and it's so cool to be able to contribute- even if a lot of my pins are just to gross you out :D
Absolutely stunning work, I dig the texturing and color choices, very polished and consistent. Can't wait to see more, keep it up. PS : I was also at the HEAJ last year :D
LOL I forgot about rotating screws!! and that diff seam is a hard edge baked on normal.also forgot to clean it up in ps -__- ehhh rookie mistakes. I'll try to fix it as soon as posible
what version of Ps do you use? or you mean you can't download the link? there is too much traffic on the dropbox link I re-uploaded it on MediaFire https://www.mediafire.com/?usdg2in91enfks9
ysalex, i can be wrong, but for me it looks like you missed sternum influence in your last work, take a look here PS: nice figure reference collection: http://figuresfordrawing.tumblr.com/
Could create a nice tilable texture for your main hanger floor using PS/Zbrush/Designer etc. And then you could use alpha decals for all your text/arrows etc.
Use the "save for web and devices" option in PS. I remember this being addressed onthe conceptart.org forums a while back, havent had to fudge around color profiles or other settings since.
Because MR glow is just a post effect. It's better to render without glow as 16/32 bit EXR file and apply glow based on pixel intesity in AfterEffects/Fusion/Nuke/PS.
