Thank you for feedback lolet. When we are talking about edge rougness I did some research on Google and came up with this. http://kevindaweblog.weebly.com/uploads/1/3/4/7/13477593/1076560_orig.jpg Is that a good example?
Really cool model, I agree the textures could use a bit more love for example the belt and shoulder pieces are pretty monochromatic. I think a little more color variation would really make them pop.

Fair enough, as the title says, it's a Renault FT tank, from WW1. for reference: (I have about 150 other images of it saved that I'm actually using for reference - this is probably just a good stereotypical example of the tank itself :) )
I think that couch looks kinda blocky and hard, I think you could afford to add some more tris in smart places to give it a more comfy look! Here's a good example of a low-poly chair:
You definitely have to know when to stop. Adding detail that will never show up in a normal map is burning money and time that could be spent on another asset, for example. Deadlines override your desire to noodle towards perfection. :)
sweet! [ QUOTE ] Never thought Flash could be pushed so far. [/ QUOTE ] Youd be surprised just how much 2d anim is done exclusively in flash. Foster's School for imaginary friends for example...100% flash supposedly.
For items without collisions, you could use a material which utilizes the world position offset. A good example would be foliage scaling and rotating randomly based on it's world position. It could even change textures and tint colours.
Yeah I would definitely finish him yourself . The only times you usually see untextured models are the high res versions. This for example. http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs42/f/2009/124/6/2/recon_elite_hi_res_model_by_slipgatecentral.jpg
I would also wish to have a nice place for fx artists because in my old and also in my new company i have to do some effects but couldn't find good tutorials and tipps for example for explosions.
