I done the driver sweeper, no nvidia files at all, installed latest driver, still there. It's not just screen tear. I've noticed white boxes and glitches in my videos. As well as when have a video running and put, for example, a polycount thread over that and scroll I'll get vertical tearing :/ big bunch of weird glitches. -

Looks really close to the original, the welding seams look more like mesh errors than seams tho, maybe extend them a bit towards the bot and top so its more clear from a distance what they are. They also dont seem to connect, looking more like bubble gum that is attached, but textures likely will fix that -

have you checked this little box? i never had to setup window positions across multiple sessions or files except i removed 1 monitor. for the viewports: in your viewport menu you can go to panel - tear off or tear off copy if you like putting it on another screen. in this case this is saved with the file not globally. -
