Hello. I am a Japanese student and I am not good at English, so I am writing through a translation machine. How can I generate a texture of a stingray like this using Substance Designer? I would like to create something where small scales are arranged around medium-sized scales.

Just a tip, but for a more authentic Japanese-city feel, keep in mind that there a pretty much zero buildings made of real bricks/mortar/stone slabs around.
Japanese console games always have good alpha, the hair and stuff is always perfect. And they have less other gfx gliches too, compared to western games.
