ok, another quote.. this one may be a bit paraphrased ( can't remember which room number it was, or how many bottles).. but should sound familar if you've seen the movie. "The couple in room 212 would like two bottles of champaign and one boy scout uniform."
Krita is my favorite digital painting app, and on top of that, it's open source! They're running a kickstarter to fund two devs full time to work on the 2.9 release. Check it out! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/krita/krita-open-source-digital-painting-accelerate-deve
@Yoji I fixed all the links and revived all the the horrible trash from years ago *cringe* I might start updating here again soon. Here is a dump of 2017/2018 and some of 2019?
Apparently, my PC spec meets all the recommend requirements from SP 2019. In reality, it is extremely slow when working with slightly large project and complex materials(example: materials from Substance Source)
The 212 comes with good paste. Also make sure to just use a pea dot on the center! I made the mistake of using too much paste on my build a few years back and it was a long cleanup :(
It's actually working, just copy the .dll into the Gimp bin folder. From other side, I could find instructions on how to compile it on Windows, any idea? All resources seem to be really outdated as for 2019 :(
My wife's computer is gonna get this. Not too spendy. I put in a fanless 210 last night. She doesn't use demanding apps. I doubt it will work on my quad core render box.
Just use the Principal Shader (PBR Based) in Blender 2.9 ( Dowload the latest Testbuild ) It supports Roughness/Metallic Maps or you can ignore the Maps and use Sliders. Look for a Tutorial about the Shader on youtube.
how do you punch in specific coords like that? Anyways, they have some really high detail sat images of our office building pointer coords: 39°30'56.48" N 119°46'41.44" W
Mudbox does create the uvs if you do a recreate level uvs. Its in the UVS tab. https://help.autodesk.com/view/MBXPRO/2019/ENU/?guid=GUID-AFE05480-6AA0-455F-B69F-0F4125CC772A Or if you turn UVs on in the subD optionbox. Or if you start to paint on the mesh.
