What I find interesting is that games are getting real enough now that people have to take a second look to make sure it is a screenshot instead of a photo. Pretty cool really. I remember this shot looking awesome 6 years ago. http://media.pc.ign.com/media/011/011640/img_1277939.html

CSG used to be the way to build levels in Unreal. Hard to create intricate shapes, but fairly easy to carve rough layouts. BSP: A great article about id Software's pioneering work with BSPs: https://twobithistory.org/2019/11/06/doom-bsp.html (Sorry, I don't have any software recommendations)

My guess is Chani? Looks great already and I love the suit design. Though I think you could add more stuff on her and use different colors on those. Check this concept out; http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2011/018/e/7/dune___chani_costumes_by_gorrem-d3737h3.jpg
What'll be even funnier is if we could look back on this thread in 2019, assuming PC is still around, and see just how wrong all of us were. I figger that since I'm not on the bleeding edge of anything, anything I guess will be wrong, so I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride. :)

Kinda hard to explain so I've uploaded a video. https://youtu.be/U33bON8K5zQ Anyone have ideas on what's going on or how to fix or what to experiment…
I'm new to Polycount so figured I introduce myself along with my first complete project of the year. I'm an aspiring 3D artist / designer. I've been teaching myself MODO 3D and Substance on and off for a couple of years now, but I'm looking to make 2019 a bit more focused and consistent. Thoughts on my latest work is…
