Really depends on the acoustics of the room, low ceilings can really intensify the noise. I agree with Kwramm, I worked in a similar environment. Putting on headphones to drown out the noise takes the place of cubicle walls. There are a lot of studies that show it kills productivity and increases stress. Give everyone…
'Get the job first, and make sure you have 1 or 2 years of living expenses in savings for the NEW location.' Wow. I wonder if anyone is actually able to ever do that. It certainly would be a nice way to lower 'potential layoff stress', but seems like a very high goal to reach for most people.
For a note: I increased the TDRDelay It still just randomly crashed my drivers. I tried stressing out SP by changing between 4k/2k, throwing patricles and rotating light while it computes and it did not crash. But I guess it will tmr, when I'll just try to check one layer Quite annoying :)
Thanks, gr9yfox. I can't stress how important it is to have a solid reference picture to model off of. Cause the skater kid had a good drawing that I worked from. that's the only reason i think he turned out the way he did, so thanks for noticing that. here's an update of my radiator.
Proportions are a bit wonky. Also, she's going to tip over backwards. You want a more S shaped curve going her body. I'm a bit stressed for time so I couldn't find a good ref for you. But this image has some of this going on. http://msis.jsc.nasa.gov/images/Section03/Image66.gif
MoP: but that's what makes it fun and stress free--if you're not going very far or get bored with something, just hand it off again don't mean to muck about with your colors too much, but after doodling a while i ended up armoring him down a bit: Ninjas > gauss > MoP > gauss
Yes that the article I got it from. Maybe they use 8k textures just to stress test the engine and make it sound more "awesome" for PR. I cannot imagine that there is a visible difference between 8k and 4k, or even 2k, for this kind of asset at a reasonable distance.
Yea you can stand on it. I'm not going to be sure about the weight until it's stress tested though. I'm 180 lbs, so no problems there right now. It's meant to be used with 1 foot though, so it's not like you're putting all of your weight on it.
Understanding how long it takes for them to complete things. Professional tact. Looks in the mirror Understanding office politics and culture. Naming Conventions. The stress involved with shipping a game. Testing your own work IN ENGINE in a VALID BUILD/ENVIRONMENT. Looks in the mirror Etc.
Are there any other elements fellow? A certain algorithm what goes into a selecting an entry for this one? Is it just what those who choose find appeasing or is it something more? Because just wip sculpts have been in, but you fellows always stress finishing pieces/
