You bring up a good point. They should make something that could have the controls pull out the sides, then down. That would probably feel more natural that going back to the days of contorting your hands/wrists to play. My hands use to get so damn sore back in the Nintendo days.
Is this only the multiplayer maps, or did they recreate the single player missions as well? I know that would be difficult to do. Either way, I have lots of great memories playing Goldeneye Multiplayer. It was my first FPS experience. Nintendo needs to bring this back updated on the Wii. I'll check it out soon.
Alright dude, I'm going to call your bluff, what is happening here is a motte-and-bailey fallacy essentially a moving of the goalposts. Already you've told us what you think, that the character Key is a 0 out of 10 (super ugly). That her looks are not only ugly, but worthy of scorn by speculating on her fictional parents…
Antaria Online - Tropical Beach Level Hi guys, this is the beach level we built for Antaria Online in Unity inspired by #Nintendo #FantasyLife - the tropical beach constructed using very few decorative props but still fully conveying the tropical atmosphere! 3D viewer and project detail at:…
Hmmm. Now I see it. It could be PVRTC compression artifacts. I remember researching the format awhile back, but with a custom engine. You could try adding some noise to the source lightmap, see if that helps reduce compression artifacts. I remember this working well with DXT, and also with Nintendo's compressed texture…
Gratz! looks like fun! you guys doing any Nintendo DS games? I'd love to develop for the DS, or the PSP, or hell ANYTHING at this point! got a mod project started though, for UNREAL2k4 (imagine that another UNREAL mod) it will be a good experience......anyways gratz! maybe they'll port it to the DS like Asphault!
This is my first post. been mucking around with this while ive been doing my uni course, it my version of Link from Legend of Zelda. He is the first of me rebuilding all my favourite nintendo characters. this Link has ventured through all dungeons through all games (most anyway) he is old and grizzed from his adventuring…
I think I have a copy of Real World Modo somewhere in my house. I am not sure. And I just purchased a Kindle copy of Digital Modeling. I'll start reading the book soon. Sometimes I wonder why there are relatively few learning resources for Modo comparing to other tools. Maybe I am horribly wrong but I suspect that Modo is…
Ah okay I see. I thought maybe you saw the design and thought it looked cool without knowing where it came from, since there was no mention it was a master sword variant on your website. That's the impression that I got from it anyway. Still, you are using Nintendo's icons on your website, so it would not be a bad idea to…
You should mention what platform/specs are you aiming for. Low poly can mean anything from mobile phones, current gen consoles, PC or the really retro stuff (PS1 or Nintendo DS). And if you're following a PBR/AAA workflow, you'll still need to model a High Poly version to save the normal maps info from.
