I think the main cannon barrel could use more edges, so the curvature looks smoother and less faceted. -

What if you added some burn damage on the muzzle of the cannon to get that feeling a little more worn than it does atm? -

Here is my first concept for the ssv princeton. the body of the ship will mostly be one object and I put the cannons in front of the wings. -

I like the camo, I'm not a fan of the outline on the blue stripes. The main cannon barrel looks like a rusty pipe to me. -
