Is it just me, or does Konami seem to be bipolar with their publishing / funding decisions? First they go "yeah, we'll fund this project!" and then they turn around and go "eh, nevermind, we're not going to fund anything". Sometimes they even have the decency to do it early on, instead of half-way through. :\ -
