Thanks for the comments, I'll move the pushbar down, I was looking at door sizes and seems right about 80 inches x 32 inches and the door handles right around 35 or so inches, so I'll fix that up a bit, here's a boring interior with generic lighting from the above scene -

Hey I listened to your rendered audio. I have a few comments on them. For one I think it needs a bit stronger sounds such as widened as well as pitch corrected because as of now the sounds are a bit thin as well as sharp. I think if the audio was a bit more within how the concept tank is built the rendered audio will sound… -

what has happened to me a few times is that I had a brush selected that was not capable with spotlight, like for example pinch. I usually paint with the standard brush. -

Before moving on too far in your project you need to revisit your high poly. You're getting some pretty intense pinching in a lot of places.
