Here are some renders of my WIP on the character Valeros. Starting with it`s pre-sculpt mesh: Tom Hardy likeness sculpt from zbrush (used Hossein Diba tutorial for comp): The expression sculpt for the scene: Keyshot renders of the post sculpt mesh: final renders in Marmoset 2:
Ok quick update got a tree sculpted out and did a quick render with a base texture from keyshot to see if i like the look. I think i do. This tree will be holding the roof up. And i have some knotwork i drew up for the main archway.
HDR light studio has been around for years.. it has a standalone renderer for preview and a lot of similar functionality as keyshot. If you are doing product rendering for print images, or have experience with real studio lighting, its a great tool. It has basically nothing to do with game dev.
Hey guys! here I want to share another character of mine. This is one of my personal characters, done just for fun and practice in spare time. Low poly mesh has around 7k tris and a 2k texture. In game mesh rendered in marmoset, hi poly in Keyshot.
Hey guys, just wanted to share with you my latest, decided to do a Spas-12 as it is one of my faves. This is the Highpoly progress so far. Prob gonna work to make it a FPS/TPS model for Unreal engine. Gotta love Keyshot for those sexy HP renders! :) Cheers for checking out. TheDudeness24
Loir Axe Handpainted lowpoly Axe based on my own design. Model itself was made with traditional LowPoly to HighPoly workflow and Baked Normals LowPoly Model was made in Blender and HighPoly Model was sculpted in Zbrush, Some of Renders were made with keyshot and others with Zbrush. Hey everyone, Here is the character i have done in my free time. Its based on the amazing concept by SIJUKU https://www.pinterest.com/pin/557672366338516297/ Software used Substance painter for texturing and Iray rendering. Marmoset for real time rendering. Keyshot for highpoly render. Photoshop for post process. C&C…
Personally i'd suggest getting your hands on either keyshot or the vray plugin for 3ds max in order to practice your rendering. How you present your assets is a huge part of what makes them either look average or pushes them beyond and makes them brilliant. It could really boost your portfolio!
Hey guys! This is something I'm working on my free time, its a fanart from Dolores of Westworld. I'm still working on the sculpt but I finally found sometime to learn a bit of Keyshot, and I couldn't resist using her. I hope you like. As always Crits and feedbacks are always welcome and encouraged. Thanks!
@Scotthomer-hey dude, I used a heavily tweaked Keyshot shader and a tweaked lighting set up to get that result, thanks a lot :) @PogoP-Thanks a lot man :D i will do I'm currently sculpting some rocks for a desert environment. Ill get a thread going and link it in here if you fancy checking it out.
