I would encourage the use of Google+ Hangouts for something like this. I think its screen-sharing features are more robust than Skype's. There is a dedicated Polycount Hangout here. If there is enough demand, we could consider starting one specifically for these challenges.
I want to comment on the likeness of the balcony but I can't be sure from just the one screen grab. Could we maybe get a top view, or just a higher angle? And sweet concept to work off of; I look forward to seeing more on this.
Hi MCduncan2, Just little advice, When you want to show some work, Don't hesitate to show some other Screen, with Wires for example. You can show us on Max viewport (in real time). Keep posting, good luck ;)
I think you have made it much more focused since the first time I saw the site. The mercenary image is in dire need of attention; the image is sooo grainy on my screen. Go back and make a higher-res image to replace it.

Texture streaming means that the engine unloads unnecessary mip levels of the texture, reducing GPU memory usage. Engine somehow calculates how big the screen space of some texture is (plus other factors), and then loads the appropriate mip level into GPU memory.
Its either in main screen, like "disable backface casting" or its in the AO options, I don't remember, but its easy to find(don't have xn installed on my laptop, I can check later if you still can't find it).
I like it a lot, I feel like the main building could use a little more colour and the foliage less contrast. Right now the brownish foliage and trees are really popping off the screen but thats not what you want the player to look at is it?
