... lightmap not working? you're using lightmaps as well? I know that unity can't have an object use lightmaps and transparency at the same time (as far as i know) that might be related to the issue you're havin... ??
there was a company doing a free DBZ mod awhile back,the second the company who owns DBZ caught wind of it they sued like the wind and the mod makers had to dump all of their content related to the show
Blade and handle are actually the correct length in relation to the concept (which looks sweet btw)... it's the gurth of the objects and size of the middle part (i don't know my s-word anatomy) Keep rockin

this one relates too the first few shots of the bone, basically a small arena, of weird bone/spaceship/flying collosus stuff, basically, an excuse to get some nice shapes stuck in some sand
depends on how abstracted the anime style you want is... some 'anime' styles are very structured and you can see the relation back to life... the more stylized you go... the more it goes to planing.
Scooby, I can definitely relate. I see the need to change it up a little, though, and I think having access to both versions of Warhammer will make things just about as open as Shadowrun.
