Well yeah, I got that. I also got the "we'll do it live!" reference. Were there any other movie/tv/internet meme or in-joke references that I don't know about? Is it a lot funnier if you know specific American TV series or news shows? There may be more in-jokes that I'm missing since I don't live in the US. So far the…
Hey @Starboxx , I actually ended up finishing out my tiger using fibermesh baked in Toolbag. I had the exact same issue you described with the back facing normals, however I was able to solve that. I do not believe outputting splines and converting to geo from any other kind of fur simulation app would give a different…
Thanks for the encouragement, guys. It really helps me get down to work when I'm feeling discouraged. I think I'll try taking the mesh into Mudbox, maintaining the generic look, while tweaking the proportions until they're correct. I could always just export it as an .obj when I'm done and use the tweaked mesh as my base…
This is a bit of a dynamic one! Man:*takes a sip from a flask and Chokes*"What the hell is this stuff?!" Woman:"Oh, it's paint remover, tastes better when it's cut with club soda" Man:"Heh, goes down smoothly..." (bonus points for getting the quote in the topic subject)

Hello there! I'm new to this website. I started my 3d modelling career a few months back in May. Lately I've been thinking and please note this question is not to be taken seriously. Are Automotive Designers for popular vehicle manufacturers purposely making their cars more difficult to 3D model, haha. The reason I ask…
I'm not a pro in UE4 but I still know how to make basic shader, and I did so with my 100% created asset with zero issues. I now downloaded some rock and tree from megascan using the Unreal exported from bridge, but when I apply the albedo to the shader the model is brown... I really don't understand why.
Thanks for the crits and supports. That and the booze-- really keeping my enthusiasm up. Making a lot of those corrections right now with the gun. A bit more to go Also started on that hat and that hat tape etc. Trying to take all this advice to heart.. It's all sooooooooo good, yeah
