i love me some thick girls. Love those proportions. I like how her body reads as menacing and deadly, but her face is just serene and welcoming. Kinda like Stevie Nicks. great work!
Shoot her in the heart with an arrow and then ask her opinion. I don't think there is a standard direction, as there seems to be images of it going in lots of directions, the most common being top left to bottom right or top right to bottom left.
Long story short... started up a BRAWL entry (which can be found here), and after getting a little bit into it, decided that the piece would benefit most from working together with my good friend Eric Priestley on the concept art. Seeing as BRAWL is a strictly one man show, I am dropping out of the BRAWL competition and…
Hello all : ) This is my second foray into character modelling, so yes i'm still a newbie, any and all crits and help are more than welcome. My first character was a low poly soldier model for a class project and as it is holidays i've decided to do some practice, with something a bit different. It is also a way that i can…

I've made lots of progress since the last post! She has hair, eyelashes and boots now! I need to work on refining her soon, after finishing her belt. Just finishing up blocking it out now!
Hey hey. We have hired some great people over the past month but we do have 2 more hard surface positions open so please feel free to send your portfolios over. thanks!
This generally looks really awesome, and I particularly like the belt and shoes. One tiny thing that confuses me a bit is the spikey things on her kneecaps? They don't look very comfortable at all, although comfort might not be her objective.
I think it looks great other then the ass and the heels as said before. The heels seems to be the only bit that really objectifies her... It definitely wouldn't be good in combat. You should go all out and give her a midriff too.
Her legs are very long compared to the rest of the body, and her stance is offputting because it is quite akward and unnatural. You should also add some definition around the pelvic area to show the transition between the top of the legs and torso.
