A skewmesh won't really help with the type of issue you have. That is more to keep surface details from getting warped. Sometimes, this is just the nature of the beast. How big will this be on screen? I imagine it will be quite fine in the end.
cool stuff. the pidgeon is great, i wanna see it animated. like you wrote, vehicle lacks contrast. the glass could use some darker tones since at the moment it looks almost like a glowing screen.
@McGreed - Thank you for your input. The last screen shot is in Unreal engine 4. With no light setup...I'll be doing that later...Regarding desk...yes ill be fixing that too what you have pointed out
There is a pretty decent base model I have been making with anatomy sculpted in. I'll post some screens here for you tonight, I can also make the ztool available for you if you'd like as well.
wow those last screen updates are a wicked improvement. I did a quicky paintover to show some suggestions that you could incorporate in the final tweaks, just some ideas that popped into my head at 1st glance.
Since my apps are usually full screen, I have a notebook. Then eventually I remember what it is (key commands, workflows). I do not like apps floating above my DCC apps. Or post-its.
Interesting? Is it a mobile game? I suppose you could just do realistic materials and just skip the normal map. I don't see how this would look good unless characters were tiny on screen.

hey, your background realy flickers on my monitor when scrolling. i think its about that hatching-pattern and my screens response time. to me that effect was quite distracting. other than that, great portfolio!
+1, a lot of people trying to get a job doing art for games go into QA first and work on their folio at the end of their shift... spending all day sat in front of a PC screen isn't ideal for your health!
