I watch those 2 seconds again and again and again. This underwater scene looks great! I love when game confronts you with something massive. Always loved this in GOW. You really can feel how small you are compared to this massive monster... Looooove it! Gives me chills. -

I just use Maya to UV stuff with no plugins and it's always a quick process for me. Also, I'm one of those weirdos who loves UVing. It feels like a game to me and it's kind of chill with good music and a good beer. Then again I mostly only UV low poly characters -

I really like the laid back style of the mech (looks like a chill dude). Only thing I would say is that you may want to take into consideration that that would become very back-heavy and it looks as though if it took a step forward it would just fall backwards. Just a thought! -
