I am using the method listed above and the UVs are being imported properly (as tested in UVMaster in flattened mode), but are not being displayed properly in unflattened mode in our out of UVMaster. i don't recommend going with dell, they're somewhat poor quality, my wife has one and she's had hers replaced a few times till she got one that actually worked and had all the specs she actually ordered.
