WIP #2 Total Worked Hrs: ~17 hrs Slow update, Worked on the terrain detail texture, cliff rock and ocean. Still need tweaking but for now, I'll move to vegetation.

When the second map is curved in photoshop, it actually does give off a kind of specular look but it doesnt work well, and would a game released in 2016-17 use old school speculars?

I'm taking a 17-hour flight just to be there for the weekend! My lodging's about 2 miles from the venue so if anyone's up for drinks the night before the workshop that would be super :D
