Even in such cases it doesn't prevent you from having perfect shading without any visible pinching by just editing , transferring vertex normals. Nobody used sub-d topology on static meshes in games before. Only on characters. Now it looks like a must for some uncertain reason. Here is an example how with totally "bad"… -

My salary went down about 30% moving from LA to Cologne, but it was totally worth it. I loved living there, and the overall quality of life stayed the same or higher with how purchasing power and public transportation/medical/etc all worked out. Give it a go, Germany is great. Just not as great as Iceland. :-D -

Meh, hate the whole hard-cover scam, too expensive, and too annoying to carry around in public transportation, and waiting for the paperback while everyone spoils it sucks. :( Kindle would be a nice solution if all the book prices weren't such a blatant rip-off, why the hell would I pay more for a digital version? -

can you borrow someone else's intuos pen and see if it has the same jitter issue? it's possible that your pen somehow got screwed during transportation, but the tablet itself is fine. also, try recalibrating your tablet, might help too. upd. - a similar thread on conceptart, looks like it's the pen trouble. -

For Maya Transfer maps: Do you need uv's for both the high poly model and the low poly model to get accurate bakes? (for normals specifically) Thank you.
