There's some strangeness happening above the knees when they bend, and an unnatural lump in the models forehead. There's not much to see or say here with that animation, but it looks like you aren't using any IK for the rig?
Maya has a tool called the IK Spline Handle. It requires joints to work, but basically you pick the start and end joints, then the curve you want it to bind to.
gim·mick [gim-ik] 1.an ingenious or novel device, scheme, or stratagem, esp. one designed to attract attention or increase appeal. sounds appropriate to me. :D
hmm That's a bit surprising, I was expecting a bit more of an advanced rig. This one lacks even a basic ik/fk auto-snap Maybe they dumbed it down for public use. Cool character though
I think it is safe to say that LT was not really designed to be used for re-targeting of animation unless you use Human-IK. Modelling and animation for Indie/Small game devs is what it is currently targeting.
looks ike its from team fortress! also does anyone know of any good tutorials that would help me texture vehicles i have never made one before. thanks.
