I don't know of a way to tile like that in zbrush. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, I just never seen it. You could tile it in photoshop, or substance painter would be easiest as you can see it update in realtime, then shoot it back to zbrush and continue. and you could tile it in zbrush manually by stenciling the image onto… -

Bluescreen randomly popup when I close 3ds max seems like a normal thing to happen on my PC, wait for it to restart itself and continue life. Haven't done any tests myself, but i kinda know the feeling from entering contests and such. Can really deflate you from doing more art waiting to hear if you got the job or won the contest.
