I think( not 100% sure) that the max polycounts are: StaticMesh: 65535 ( 16 bit index) SkelMesh : 4,294,967,295 ( 32 bit index) -

I forgot, use framebuffer at 32 bit if you can, and as output file use .exr files, they are great for use in comp. -

32 bit Windows? Might be an issue with large memory mapped files. (this cannot be corrected with more RAM.) How large is the file? -
