what are you using the landscape system or just a mesh for terrain, since i know apps like world machine can create masks based on the slop or not, so your could use that to bake out masks. -

Played through it over the weekend. Its a fun little game. I loved the bits of humor and the Halloween nostalgia. I didn't like the lack of voice acting and the repetitiveness of the battle system. Good fun though for sure. -

Yeah it happened to me too, just yesterday. All my steam games weren't working (the ones I tried anyway). I just did a system restore to a couples days back, seemed to do the trick. -

oh, I assumed he used the terrain system that comes with UE3 and not imported geometry. but if it's imported then I suggest you use the terrain that comes with UE3 cause it has all these amazing things.. like LOD and what not. -

we also learn that some where between now and 2020 hand held game systems start getting larger, like the size of a lunch box, and the graphics on them revert back to being almost as good as "defender" -

Usually, activex and these types of plugin for IE and Firefox are still not updated to x64 systems, and that sucks. I think its not a firefox problem, it´s a activex or flash problem. My IE x64 doesnt run flash as well. -

Yeah, a nice parry system would be nice. I loved it in SF3S when they think you're getting baited into jumping into a fireball, super fireball or a dragon punch only for you to parry and whoop the shit outta them. -
Re: MAYA - Mental Ray Issue.
Are you using the sun sky system in Mental ray? If you are, you need to apply a gamma correction node to your color textures, and set the value to 0454. Another option is to lower the gamma value on the camera lens.
