Good Start to the scene Nick. Rely on the lights to give colour to the scene and not so much the textures/materials. If that is how your going about it.. if not then carry on :P
Maybe is there a way to export the keys on the controllers of the animated scene and paste them onto a blank scene with the clean character in bind pose... Anyone did that before ?
I would remove that portrait and 'winter scene'. Winter scene is just too simple and the portrait doesn't make much sense in the 'environment' artist portfolio.
I'm using an environment probe to light my scene, but the cube map is all swirled and this makes the reflections in the scene look really ugly. The cube map was taken with no ambient light, so only the emmissive lights are in the cubemap.

Please email support@marmoset.co with a description of your problems and the scene & FBX files. You can go to file -> export -> scene bundle and zip up the .tbscene file and /assets/ folder.
A little jungle scene made to practice plants and more lush environment work Most models were made in Maya/3DS Max (switched halfway through), The Rocks and Snail were made in Zbrush. All Materials were made in Substance Designer (Snail was Painter), and then everything was assembled in Unreal 4! (last project before…
