What do your lightmap uvs look like? Most likely that is where you have a seem in your lightmap uvs. Like ZacD said though there's no reason to bake lighting on a character as they would be using dynamic lighting in any game. If it's a close up scene asset a character is going to walk on closely, I think you could get away with the poles being actual cylindrical geometry. the windshield looks strange, and to be honest, I think it might be more interesting without one. I also agree with ZacD, the gun should be BIGGER, or atleast the shield. The general shape of the vehicle is very curvalinear, which doesn't coincide with military applications. I would suggest making it some kind of dune…
