Another rumour about the middle sphere is that it is a 'Live' button, allowing access to friends lists and such at all times. I'm liking the look. It's clean and swoopy. I liked the original PS1, didn't like the original PS2, xbox's looks I can take or leave. Love my dinky GC -

[mobius plug no.2]max payne is quite a fun game- it's essentially the pc version but with isometric graphics, plus I worked on it :P[\mobius plug no.2] Mario Kart is awesome on the GBA- it's proper old school handling rather than the bastardised setup that the N64 and GC versions had -

If Zelda had the same feel as the old 2d Marios a whole lot of people would be pissed. Those two games aren't comparable in the slightest. If you want 2d Zelda back get Four Swords (GC) or Minish Cap (GBA). Besides, there apparently is a new 2d Mario game in the works for the DS. -

someone who played the wii told me the remote controller does not work very well with daylight. anyone who can back up this? anyway, yes the wii is expensive - it's looks like it's just a gamecube-rehash (more or less same hardware running at a higher clockrate than the original gc). -

Scott, what version of Maya are you running? To backup malcolms post, in 6.0 the absolute quickest by far way to achieve that look and render it is the excellent dirtmap plug-in shader for mental ray. Very fast ambient occlusion look. Just plug it into the ambient colour node of your material and render without FG or GI. -

Employers would most likely not go through the hassle of downloading a file just to look at a mesh that they can already see pictures of.. The logo is an improvement, however, I would suggest making the GC bold, so the seperation between the words become clear without a space. I think it will also help it read better.. -

been playing gun on PC. It's good, but it wouldn't make me buy an xbox360, neither would any of the other games. I just started playing resievil4 on the GC and thats light years ahead in terms of graphics than Gun anyhow. Seriously, sometimes the environments in gun look like they are from quake 1. -
