nope, all 8-bit bmps, its just have problems with sequences thats all, but i have no idea how to fix the ones that give a wierd filename when compiling
Thave you tried converting the image to other format's. I've had maya crash on JPG's when used as textures. Uncompressed formats seem to work the best in maya, bmp's tiff's tga's etc...

I think the programer are the one doing the most overtime. In 2 years as a character artist I never realy done big overtime. (you find way to recycle stuff and meet the deadline) I always feeling bad for the level designer and level artist that stay 4+ hours -bmer
If you are 180cm tall you must be 108kg or over to get BMI over 30. And bodybuilders are over weight and its not healty to be that muscular anyways not to mention most of them eat steroids to gain muscle mass.

problem i have with DX9 shaders, is that they require DDS, or BMP, not PSD. when they render, they render out black, so i dont get any shadows, and the viewport shaders doesnt have shadows either.. sigh.
