I didn't get down to 200 but 254. Its less than the original and I think a bit of an improvement. Thanks everyone for the advice. The total model is 628.

1. The Skin modifier controls what happens with the new vertices, not CAT. To fix this, re-weight the new vertices in Skin. 2. AO and Normal Maps made in xNormal. Shot taken from Max's viewport. Poly count sitting at 668. Going to optimize a bit more, clean up the UVs than on to the diffuse and spec maps.
Improved my AO and Normal bakes and optimized the low poly geometry. Currently it's 668 polys. Still needs a bit more optimizing along with some UV tweaks than on to the diffuse and spec.
Ok small update: - 12 662 tri for 19 slums - fixed major diffuse problems There`s no spec/normal map yet, probably i will add it in next update. Comment it to help me make it better.
