It looks like your low poly might have hard edges at those locations, or the Y channel of your normal map is inverted for whichever program you are using to view it. Images of your low poly and the UVs of this location and which program you're using to bake and view will help narrow down what's wrong.
very interesting and very clean and scan-able info. seems team17 get paid well, don't work overtime but have no idea where they are going in a horrible location whereas rare get paid well, work overtime but have a clear idea where they are going in an excellent location. seems uk-centric currently.

The scales were made using C4d cloner tool, each group of an elements separately. The elements are located pretty closed to the character's surface, so i find projection isn't make a problems. If they're just static objects that aren't skinned make sure you delete the history if you don't need it. If you do need it you should create a copy of your object, freeze transforms and delete history before placing it in the final scene that way each object is represented only by the data that it needs not all of the…
