Yes. I have the same problem with pressing the "B" button by accident. I have the "V" button set as my Arc rotate shortcut, so that is why i am accidentally pressing B. So i just changed B to do nothing in the shortcut options. My only suggestion would be to do the same with undo.

I don't think you can go wrong with "B" or "C". B will have a unique and interesting silhouette because of the shoulder pads and that spinal mohawk that sticks out from his cranium. And for C, I like how tightly-knit all the elements in his bust are. C could probably also benefit from the shoulder pads in B.
I'm back with some more renders and updated textures from some feedback I got. Although the changes are subtle, I'm happier with the results and will continue updating it a little bit more before re-uploading the project.
