I'm a 3D Animator looking to practice 2D animation as a hobby and possibly use in my career. What software do you all recommend I invest in? So far, I've looked at Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, and Synfig Studio.

Just a spot to dump my drawings/ 2D Arts. They are usually fan arts and not good, because I'm not a good painter. However, I still love drawing, and I do see them as practice and hobby. Comments and critique are welcomed, and appreciated!
I disagree. TONS of great games have come out in the last 10 years. I assume you're exaggerating to make your point because if that's your actual position - maybe you should consider that games aren't the right hobby for you. :P
Thanks for the feedback people ...I don't really have any interest in moving into the industry. I just do this as my hobby .Most of my time is taken up working for Google and their ridiculous hours .It's just something I do in my spare time.

What part of I probly wont be going to college.. Its all up there.. And I lose motivation because now its mainly a hobby. if it were more than that and I knew what I was doing Id love to do it all the time.
There's plenty of small hobby projects around, I'm sure you'll find one suited for you, check the UE4 forums for example. If it's non-paid, there won't be any crazy expectations from you, and if you're dedicated and eager to work and learn you'll be a good asset for a team.
