Being entirely honest I have only done freelance work and an internship so far, but for any job I have ever done I always do. If they have a great salary of the bat that's great, but if you feel you would be unable to make a proper living of it you should discuss it imo.
Oh yeah that's my friend Eugene, i'm pretty close with him, he doesn't steal (as far as I know) He does a lot of freelancing and was giving that lady concept as a task, i'm not sure about anything though, I think they people that maybe made him do that were the ones stealing?

@PyrZern Well I think 18-20 may have been a fair number. Firstly if the contract was long-term that kind of compensates for one off freelance gigs. Secondly you would have gotten a shipped title/professional experience to put down on your resume since you don't have that.
