Sorry to hear that. These kick ass! I've done some contract work on PSP and DS and must say its sooooo much fun to work on. Are y'all trying again with a different IP? - BoBo
My thoughts are so far im glad ive only worked on a few ds titles ;D Hands are just a pain to rig, but probaly the worst ive found so far are shoulders ><
pretty cool way to present your ds spec models in a portfolio. i also get some artifact popping but i bet it can be fixed somehow. looking forward to more progress on this
That'd be fine for a DS game, though I'd still be inclined to add an extra poly to the turret to round it out. Give it a 64*64 texture with some razor sharp detail and you'll be laughin'.
I wonder if there are any plans for a Wii version(?). I already have it on Steam and the DS, but maybe I could get my wife playing it with me if we could play it on my Wii.
MIT is so A+. This isnt a game, but easily could become one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZNTgglPbUA Just think if they could use this technology for like the DS. Would certainly jump start some more creative titles.
Fonfa ^ Ive worked on a DS game before. its fun, and it helps you alot to see how much you can accomplish with so litle pollys.. you should give it a try !
as you guys already said in the topic head cannot be considered this month, but is "Mask of the Enforcer" (by mihalceanu) ok?! I was also thinking about DS head and if all good, I'd Like to proceed with it! ty
NDS also renders quads faster than tris if the quad is planar that the shape is a plane. At least in a title i worked for DS was like that. Might be wrong ill try ask around about ps3 .
