Clip plane value: 0.1 to 1000 (I use first person controller). I had tried for the near 0.2 ; 0.4 : 1.0 and 100 ; 500 for the distant plan, but nothing change. I noticed that happen when there is something bright behind (example a white floor).

I have 2 version of maya installed on my pc. maya 2022 and maya 2018. I need to use maya 2018 for something. I can't see export/import options panel on maya 2018.
The FBX importer is a bit wonky in UDK. The collision definitely requires a UCX_ prefix, but what follows is uncertain. Sometimes it works with a suffix of the object name, sometimes it doesn't. I usually just end up calling them UCX_001, 002, etc - and that works fine. It seems buggy.
nice.. although the face looks a little too friendly imho. and the color of the clothes should be a little more greenish.. looks like black&white check out these images: http://www.hpwt.de/2Weltkrieg/Uniform.jpg http://www.mosnews.com/files/11263/020.jpg the boots look weird.
001: They're armed. 002: What was that? Armed? What do you mean armed? Armed with what? 001: Err, bad breath, colorful language, feather duster... what do you think they're gonna be armed with? Guns, you tit!

Baking out to FBX should do it. Make sure you start from the original animation, not the one where you tried to bake it. Make sure to learn the exporter bake settings; https://help.autodesk.com/view/3DSMAX/2022/ENU/?guid=GUID-31EA2A4F-A126-498B-96E8-31811522738A
This works since 2.90 (August 31, 2020; just checked on linux) so you are using 2.8 LTS (released June 3, 2020) ?? (So it's already superseded by another LTS version .. 2.93 LTS (June 2nd, 2021) and now 3.3 LTS (September 7, 2022) .. )
