Some great advice in here thanks guys :) I quite like trello but might try using a note book for a wile to keep tack of things as its a bit more free form. Think I need to just make sure I keep focused and not get thrown off when I mess up or get a bit demoralized and keep that clear focused vision in my head. -

Indeed! That reminds me, as a kid, I moved around the UK a lot. I spent some time in the west country of England ( Devon ). Moving there from London, I came across this turn of phrase: "where's it to?". Which means "where is it?". WTF?! It used to get me in so many fights. I simply couldn't abide hearing such nonsense.… -
