I want to create a kindred skin that feels tainted ?
the plan is that one side of kindred ( arm and shoulder half torso) will be covered in armor like scales that clow underneath and give here also a deamon mask with horns color either dark and faded blue + turquoise glow or like the void more purpleish ^^.
well my first concept faild quite hard .. im bad with frontal view well maybe I redo it later.

However, you should be careful of the art style of league and keep in mind you're currently putting a lot of detail that won't even be visible on your final model. Also if you have a lot of geometry like the hair strands here, you'll have a hard time with retopology/baking or explode your polycount budget.
If I can give you a tip; you should first do the blocking of the character with basic shapes and almost no detail, then once the proportions and all the accessories and features are in place, start adding a bit of detail. While working you should keep in mind, the angle and distance of the characters in the game, so you know where you can put detail (generally on the top area of the character) and where you should not put any.
The mask you did is very clean and nice in terms of hardsurface technique, but putting PBR materials and realistic mecanisms/bevels won't be of any use for the final target.
Doing unlit handpainted based on baked models is tricky as it is very different from doing any realistic PBR stuff. But don't give up, keep the motivation and you can have a lot of fun with this idea.
